How long will it take for my order to reach me, and when will I know it’s on the way?
Orders received Sunday through Friday are shipped on Saturdays with the exceptions of holidays. If you would like your order shipped next day, a request can be made but it is not guaranteed. In order to ship next day, your order must be placed by 3:00 pm EST on the day prior.
Where is my order coming from (can I pick it up)?:
We currently sell online only and do not have a show room yet, as such all orders are mailed out. We are located in Georgia.
Where is my tracking information?:
Tracking e-mails are generated automatically once items shipped.
*Please note, due to a high volume of emails, any e-mail requesting tracking information before it is scheduled to go out will not receive a response.
How long will my order take to reach me?:
We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority and it typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location. Usually with the date shipped counting as day one (please note that it can take up to six business days) the only guaranteed receiving time is through the purchase of expedited shipping.
Please choose a secure ship to address, as once an item is shown as delivered, we are no longer responsible. Shipping costs cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
Due to COVID-19, shipping days may be longer than usual.
What about Expedited shipping?:
We offer Expedited Shipping with USPS on Tuesdays only on orders placed before 10 am EST.
Please take note to select the appropriate shipping based on number of items. Selecting the incorrect expedited shipping item amount will result in a refund of the difference of the Standard shipping costs less a $5 processing fee.

***Please note that due to recent a rise in fraudulent transactions Expedited shipping will not be allowed on orders where the shipping and billing addresses do not match. The order will be cancelled and forwarded to our Fraud Department for further review and the necessary follow up and actions will be taken.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?:
Orders begin being processed almost immediately after they are placed. As such, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. No exceptions. You may change the size or color of the same item 1 time within, 24 hours of ordering, pending the item size or color is available.
Packages returned to us:
Orders are shipped to the address provided exactly as it was entered. Please make sure to place billing and shipping information on the appropriate lines. Packages returned to us due to failure to provide a correct or complete address will be resent after a new address is provided and shipping has been paid. Failure to do so within one weeks’ time will result in order cancellation less the shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee.
International Shipping (DUE TO COVID-19, AS OF JUNE 1, 2020 WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International shipments are made on Saturdays only, tracking information will be sent out on Tuesdays (shipments are made via DHL). Please make sure you enter shipping information properly, as well as to select the proper shipping item amount in order to avoid shipping delays. Due to our high volume and constant inventory turnover International orders are final sale. All taxes, duties, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. No exceptions. For large orders, please contact us for shipping pricing. Please choose a secure ship to address, as one an item is shown as delivered, we are no longer responsible. Shipping costs cannot be refunded under any circumstance. International orders are contingent upon final shipping cost to us.

Return & Exchanges
Pre-Order
When you purchase a "Pre Order” item(s), please be advised that you are purchasing an item in advance that we currently do not have in stock, but is in the process of being shipped to us. Once the item is in stock, it will be shipped to you within 48 hours of receiving. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel pre-ordered items, but we are able to apply funds to an item in stock for equal or lesser value with a difference, if any, being a store credit once the item is received in the store.
